The economic viability of fighting global warming should no longer be in doubt. This is yet further proof. There are two paths forward right now and one is waiting for everyone to step up together, set the same standards, and follow the same rules. This is what the U.S. is doing now. The other way is to step up yourself and lead. This is what the E.U. is doing now.
