Very interesting. For all that I have read about how the EU is going "green" and all the regulations they have put in place, this is the first time I have read about the negative economic effects. Obviously, they are going to suffer some jobs losses which is why it is so important the whole world gets on the same page with it comes to regulating emissions - so no country losses jobs to another, less-regulated country.
