This is great. I am very happy for the world. Another player steps up and will be leading the way towards a cleaner earth.
However, it really disturbs me that the U.S. is not involved on this level. How can these other countries afford it? How can they come to bi-partisan agreement? How can they get everyone to sign on? How can they innovate better than us? Why can't this be the U.S.??
